This is another drill that works for just about any technique. The goal is for the students to execute the techniques in sync, ending the drill at the same time. They can also race to 10 repetitions.

Students will do jumping jacks, hitting their stomach as hard as they can every time they bring their feet together. Take advantage of the many variations of this drill.

This versatile drill asks students to do ten reps of a particular move. The first move should be the worst possible version, and the last should be their personal best.
