Students will start in a clinch, pushing and pulling to work their entire body. This physical exercise will be followed by practicing of any technique the instructor chooses.

The instructor will call out numbers to tell the students how many kicks to do, the last kick always being to the head on Bob. This drill works balance and speed in the round kick.
