Students will progress through four stations doing more stance switches and kicks at each station. The subsequent students will apply pressure on the student in front of them to go faster.

Drill focus and build courage by having one student kick in multiple directions by command while surrounded by other students with body shields. A strong Kiyah is important to show courage and confidence.

Make the classic army crawl a bit more difficult by having the students hold a focus pad in the backs of their knees.

One student will perform round kicks in a circle trying to maintain balance and avoid hopping. The other students in class will help out by holding the kicking paddles in a circle.
