This concept can be used with any technique and is designed to make sure students don't fade while performing reps. The last rep should be just as strong, if not stronger, than the first!

Students will race to see who can execute 10 round kicks on one leg without putting their foot down the fastest. The round is only finished when the student hits a strong fighting stance.

Students will practice control to not kick the bar while the instructor tells them wether to kick over or under the bar. Responding to these cues makes this a very good focus and coordination drill.
