One of the foundational drills for all of Kali, Entry 4 will develop crucial targeting and footwork with the escrima. There are two strikes on either side of the body.

Reverse the normal triangle footwork to work on targeting the temple and the knee. The escrima should be cradled between strikes, hence the name of the drill.
